How to manage multiple social media accounts without reselecting them

Build the selection once and reuse it for every post that belongs to the same brand or campaign.

  1. Connect the accounts

Add each supported social profile or page through its own official connection.

  2. Create a group

Name it after the brand, client, campaign, or region, and add the accounts that publish together.

  3. Pick the group when you post

The account selector has Individual and Groups tabs. Choose a group to use all of its accounts for the post.

Groups organize accounts. Teams organize people.

An account group is a reusable set of social channels. A team workspace has members, roles, account assignments, and optional approvals.

Groups do not merge accounts or remove platform-specific settings. Use both when you handle several brands or clients and need to know who is responsible for each.

By brand or client
Keep the official channels for one brand or client together as a repeatable selection.
By campaign
Collect only the accounts taking part in a launch or a recurring content series.
By region
Separate regional channels when language, timing, or ownership differs.

FAQ

An account group is a saved set of social accounts, usually one brand, client, campaign, or region. When you create a post, you can choose the group instead of picking each account again.

Connect each account, then organize them into groups that match how you work. You write and schedule posts from one workspace, and each account keeps its own text, settings, and publishing result.

Yes. In the account selector, open the Groups tab and choose a group. The post then goes to every account in that group, and you can still tailor the text for each platform.

No. A group is only a saved selection. Each account stays separate, with its own connection, settings, and publishing result.

No. Groups only organize accounts. Roles, account assignments, and optional approvals belong to team workspaces, which are covered on the teams page.

Free includes 2 groups, Pro includes 30, and Premium has no limit on groups. Connected account limits are 3, 15, and 45.
