Learn the basics of using solnk

solnk is a comprehensive social media management platform that helps you schedule, publish, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms. Connect your accounts, create posts, schedule them for optimal times, and track performance all in one place.

Creating an account is simple. Click the "Get Started" or "Sign Up" button, enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. You can also sign up using your Google or social media accounts for faster registration.

Go to Settings > Connected Accounts, click "Add Account", select your platform, and follow the authorization process. You'll be redirected to authenticate with the social network, and once approved, your account will be connected to solnk.

Posting & Scheduling

Learn how to create and schedule content

Click "Create Post" from your dashboard, compose your content, add media if desired, select the social accounts to post to, choose a date and time, and click "Schedule". Your post will be automatically published at the specified time.

Yes! When creating a post, you can select multiple social media accounts across different platforms. solnk will optimize your content for each platform's requirements and post simultaneously or at staggered times.

solnk analyzes your audience engagement patterns and provides personalized recommendations for optimal posting times. Generally, weekdays between 9 AM - 3 PM see high engagement, but this varies by platform and audience. Check your Analytics dashboard for your specific best times.

Yes, you can edit or delete any scheduled post before it's published. Go to your Posts calendar, find the scheduled post, and click the edit or delete button. Note that once a post is published, you'll need to edit it directly on the social platform.

Analytics data is updated every 24 hours for most platforms. Real-time data is available for recent posts (last 48 hours) on Pro and Premium plans. Historical data is retained based on your plan: 30 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), or 1 year (Premium).

Yes, Pro and Premium users can export analytics data in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats. Go to Analytics > Reports, select your date range and metrics, and click "Export". You can also schedule automated weekly or monthly reports to be emailed.

Account & Security

Managing your account and keeping it secure

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes, security is our top priority. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS), secure data centers, regular security audits, and comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations. Your social media credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text.

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data, scheduled posts, and connected accounts. You'll receive a confirmation email before final deletion.

The Media Library is your centralized storage for all images, videos, and graphics. Organize files into folders, tag them for easy searching, and quickly add them to posts. Storage limits vary by plan: 1GB (Free), 50GB (Pro), 200GB (Premium).

Troubleshooting

Solutions to common issues

Common reasons: 1) Social account disconnected - reconnect in Settings, 2) Content violated platform policies, 3) File size too large, 4) Insufficient account permissions. Check your Notifications for specific error details and resolutions.

This usually happens due to password changes or expired tokens. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts, remove the disconnected account, and reconnect it. Make sure to grant all required permissions during authorization.

Analytics require 24-48 hours after connecting an account to start populating. If you still don't see data, ensure: 1) Your account has public posts, 2) You've granted analytics permissions, 3) The platform's API is operational. Contact support if issues persist.
